How Streamora collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 2026-06-09

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Streamora ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website or purchase a subscription. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data — the email address you provide to sign in and to receive your subscription credentials.
  • Order & subscription data — the plan you purchase, order status, and the connection credentials issued to you.
  • Support data — the contents of support tickets and live-chat conversations you start with us.
  • Technical & usage data — collected automatically when you visit, including your IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), device type, operating system, browser, referring page, and the pages you view. This is gathered by our hosting platform and our live-chat provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create your account and deliver your subscription credentials.
  • Process payments and confirm your order.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • Send service emails (login codes, order confirmations, renewal reminders).
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website, and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Service to function — for example, a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. Our live-chat provider also sets cookies to maintain your chat session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because these cookies are essential to providing the Service, they do not require consent; we display a notice on your first visit for transparency. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features (such as signing in) may not work without them.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. Each processes only the data needed for its function:

  • Payment processor (NOWPayments) — processes your cryptocurrency payment. We do not receive or store your wallet keys or full payment details.
  • Email provider (Resend) — delivers login codes and transactional emails to your address.
  • Live chat (Tawk.to) — powers the chat widget; it collects your IP address, approximate location, device, and browser to operate the chat.
  • Hosting (Vercel) & database (Neon) — host the website and securely store account, order, and support data.

6. Payment Information

Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your cryptocurrency wallet credentials. We retain only the order amount, status, and a payment reference needed to confirm and support your purchase.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account, order, and support records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process and store your data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact us by opening a support ticket from your account area or by using the live chat on our website.
