Everything you need to know about Streamora — devices, activation, payments, and support.
Streamora works on virtually any device that can run an IPTV player: • Smart TVs (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV / Google TV) • Amazon Firestick & Fire TV (use TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or GSE Smart IPTV) • Android phones & tablets (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, Kodi) • iPhone & iPad (IPTV Smarters, GSE Smart IPTV) • MAG boxes (direct portal URL entry) • Any M3U-compatible player (VLC, Kodi, Perfect Player, OTT Navigator) We email a device-specific setup guide alongside your credentials so you can get started in minutes.
Activation is instant — most accounts are live within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. You will receive an automated email containing your M3U link, your panel login, and a password. If you haven't received it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder, then open a support ticket from your account area.
We currently accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT-TRC20, USDT-ERC20, and other major coins via NOWPayments). Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are coming soon. Crypto is preferred — payments confirm in minutes and your order activates automatically.
It's easier than it sounds, and you don't need to be a crypto expert: 1. Pick a plan and enter your email at checkout. 2. You'll be taken to a secure payment page showing a wallet address, a QR code, and the exact amount to send. 3. Open any crypto exchange or wallet app (Binance, Coinbase, Trust Wallet, etc.), scan the QR code or paste the address, and send the exact amount shown. 4. Once the network confirms your payment (usually a few minutes), your account is activated automatically and your credentials are emailed to you. Tip: send the exact amount displayed. If you send less (for example because your wallet deducted its fee from the amount), the payment can't be completed automatically.
No — this is normal. Crypto payments need to be confirmed by the blockchain network before they are final, which usually takes a few minutes but can occasionally take longer when the network is busy. Your order activates automatically the moment the payment is confirmed. If it has been more than an hour, double-check that you sent the exact amount requested — underpaid invoices (e.g. when a wallet deducts its fee from the amount sent) cannot complete automatically. In that case, contact support with your order reference.
The moment your payment is confirmed our system automatically provisions your line and emails your credentials to the address you entered at checkout. The email contains: your M3U playlist URL, your Xtream Codes panel username and password, the portal URL for MAG boxes, and a step-by-step setup guide for the most popular apps.
The number of simultaneous streams depends on the plan you purchase. Each plan listing shows the device count (e.g. '1 Device', '2 Devices'). All streams on an account share the same credentials — you just open the app on each device using the same login. Streaming on more devices than your plan allows will result in a buffering or authentication error on the extra device.
Because IPTV lines are digital goods that activate immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once credentials have been delivered. We do offer a free 36-hour trial so you can verify compatibility before purchasing. If you believe there has been a billing error, please review our full Refund Policy.
Read the Refund Policy →There are two ways to reach us: (1) Log in to your account and open a ticket from the Support section — this gives us access to your order details and speeds up resolution. (2) Use the live chat bubble on any page during staffed hours (typically 08:00–00:00 UTC). For device setup questions, our setup guide (included in your activation email) covers the most common apps step by step.
Yes. We offer a free 36-hour trial line. Click 'Try Free for 36h' on the homepage, enter your email, and we will send you a temporary set of credentials. No payment required. The trial gives you access to the full channel list so you can test on your device and connection.
Buffering is almost always caused by one of three things: a slow internet connection (we recommend at least 20 Mbps for 4K, 10 Mbps for FHD), VPN or proxy interference (disable it for streaming), or a congested Wi-Fi signal (try a wired Ethernet connection). If you've ruled these out and buffering persists, open a support ticket — we can switch you to an alternate server cluster.
No. Streamora subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription period ends your line will stop working. You will receive a reminder email a few days before expiry so you can renew from your account dashboard at your convenience.
Streamora uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email on the login page and we'll send you a 6-digit code — type it in and you're signed in. There's no account password to remember (or to leak). Note: this is separate from your IPTV credentials, which are used inside your player app and are shown in your activation email and account dashboard.
Log in to your account, open your dashboard, and choose a plan to renew — payment works exactly like your first purchase. We'll also email you a reminder a few days before your subscription expires so you don't lose service unexpectedly.
Your line is suspended — streams stop working until you renew. Your account, order history, and credentials are kept, so renewing reactivates your service without needing a new setup on your devices.
